Purchase Policy

All ticket prices for events that occur at Eastern Creek Raceway are stated in Australian Dollars. The ARDC accepts MasterCard and Visa only. All credit card transactions will incur a 2% surcharge.

Events can be cancelled or postponed by the ARDC due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. If this occurs the ARDC will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable.

Policies set forth prohibit exchanges or refunds after a ticket / wristband has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Lost tickets / wristbands will not be replaced.

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases the ARDC will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the ARDC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt your order may be cancelled.

The ARDC reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, animals, fire arms and glass.

The Australian Racing Drivers Club Ltd (ARDC) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

The personal information collected by ARDC is used to ensure that the tickets or goods you purchased are delivered to you and that you are advised of any possible changes/cancellations that may occur in relation to the event you booked. We will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without your prior consent.

The ARDC will endeavor to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you.

The ARDC reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on its web site. Your continued use of the web site indicates that you accept the policy in place at that time.
